Overview
Flint Engine is a complete eCommerce operating system built for digital product businesses. Instead of juggling separate tools for product management, license key generation, order processing, and customer support, Flint Engine brings everything into one unified admin panel.
Whether you sell software, plugins, themes, or other digital goods, Flint Engine handles the entire lifecycle: from listing your products and generating license keys, to processing orders and providing customer support.
What Flint Engine Does
Flint Engine provides these core capabilities:
Software Product Management
Create and manage software products with detailed descriptions, pricing, and media. Each product can have associated license tiers with configurable activation limits.
License Key Management
Generate, activate, deactivate, suspend, and revoke license keys automatically. Track activations per license and control how many devices can use each key.
Order Processing
Accept orders, process payments, and automatically assign license keys to customers. Orders track payment status, item details, and full history.
Email Marketing
Run email campaigns, manage subscriber lists, create automated sequences, and track opens and clicks with built-in analytics.
CRM & Support
Manage leads, clients, projects, and invoices through the CRM workspace. Provide real-time customer support through the live chat system.
The Admin Panel
Flint Engine runs on a custom PHP framework with an admin panel accessible at /admin. The panel is organized into distinct workspaces:
- Dashboard — Overview of key metrics and recent activity
- Products — Software products, licenses, activations, customers, and orders
- Marketing — Campaigns, templates, email lists, audiences, and tracking
- CRM — Leads, clients, projects, tasks, invoices, proposals, and HR
- Flint AI — AI agents for blog writing, lead generation, and outreach
- Settings — Site configuration, branding, email, security, and localization
How It Works
- Install Flint Engine on your web server following the installation guide
- Configure settings — branding, payment methods, email, and localization
- Add your products — create software listings with pricing and license tiers
- Go live — customers purchase products and receive license keys automatically
- Manage everything — orders, licenses, support, and marketing from one dashboard
Key Benefit: One unified dashboard eliminates the need for multiple logins, API keys, and data synchronization problems between separate tools.
