Overview
Flint Engine tracks customers who purchase your software products. Customer records include contact information, purchase history, and license assignments.
Accessing Customers
Navigate to Products → Customers from the admin sidebar. This shows all customers who have made purchases.
Customer List
The customer list displays:
- Customer name and email
- Total orders placed
- Total amount spent
- Customer token (unique identifier)
- Registration date
Customer Detail
Click on a customer to view their full profile:
Contact Information
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Company or organization
Purchase History
- All orders placed by the customer
- Order status and payment details
- Products purchased
- Order dates and amounts
License Assignments
- Active license keys
- Activation status per license
- Devices using each license
- License expiration dates
Customer Data Sources
Customer records are created when:
- A customer places an order through checkout
- A lead is converted to a client in the CRM
- An administrator manually adds a customer
CRM Customer Management
For more detailed customer relationship management, use the CRM workspace:
- CRM → Clients — Full client profiles with notes, files, and team assignments
- CRM → Companies — Manage business accounts and associated contacts
- CRM → Leads — Track potential customers through the sales pipeline
Support Integration
Customer support conversations are linked to customer records. When a customer starts a live chat, their purchase history and license information help support agents provide faster assistance.
Access support conversations through Support in the admin sidebar.
Tip: Use the CRM workspace for ongoing customer relationships. The Products → Customers view is best for quick purchase history lookups.
